Built on one level, the villa has 2 double bedrooms plus one twin bedroom this with A/C and bathroom with shower. There is an open plan living leading onto a charming outdoor patio. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The villas interior design are truly welcoming with a home to home feel and light furnishing well-fitting the holiday location with wooden floor throughout and many light pastel color furniture.

The pool is 8 m x 4 m and it is enclosed by a large garden with flowers and indigenous plants (2500 m²). We feel the villa is suitable for families but the swimming pool is not fenced therefore young children and non-swimmer will need supervision at all times!

The nearest village is Pula very picturesque and with many amenities. Another nice village with amazing beaches and excellent restaurants is Domus de Maria. The area is South West Sardinia. Just after Pula the road from the airport takes South to the beaches of Chia with pearl white fine sand and emerald green sea water, which is particularly appreciated by surfers. Capo Teulada embraces 30 km of bays, caves, creeks with white sand and forests of juniper trees. The beaches of Campana, Su Giudeu, Acquadulci, Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda, Capo Malfatano and the beautiful beach of Cala Zafferano are all in this area. The villa is nearby a Golf Course with a welcoming golf house with bar and restaurant.
