Casa Giunchi is a comfortable semi-detached family home located in a privileged position just a stone's throw from the lovely long winding sandy beach of Porto Taverna, in a tranquil area just outside Porto San Paolo.

Stone steps lead up to the house and to its large terrace that boasts stunning sea views of the golden beach below and of the magnificent Isle of Tavolara. The spacious terrace, partially covered with cane trellis and equipped with sun loungers, seating and a large table perfect for outside dining, is one of Casa Giunchi's most striking features.

The house has a lounge/dining room with dining table, cabinet, sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is next door. The master bedroom leads out onto a patio and small back garden with external shower as does the other bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower and there is a small laundry cupboard with washing machine that you reach via the back garden.

Due to its unique and tranquil position overlooking the superb Porto Taverna beach, Casa Giunchi is an excellent choice for families with children. On the beach less than 5 minutes walk from the house is a snack bar/restaurant. The area around is scattered with restaurants and a multitude of beautiful beaches are nearby. There is also a small supermarket within walking distance although it will not be open in the very low season.

There is also a separate “apartment” downstairs that could accommodate 2 to 4 pleople and provides extra living/playing space and 2 extra showers. This basic apartment has a large living room with 2 sofa beds, table, chairs and kitchen corner. There is an extra twin room as well. Outside there is a large patio with seating and a table football game. This can be rented together with Casa Giunchi. For extra large groups the neighbouring property Casa Laura can also be rented.
