Villa La Palma is a very charming contemporary villa in most attractive location, an area which has been kept unspoiled, skirting an almost 1 km long beach and nature enveloping the villas and the gardens. Long eucalyptus branches reaching down to the pearl white sand and old junipers and evergreen who's scent is lightly perceptible in the soft sea breeze. A place to come and relax, unwind and recharge surrounding oneself with Sardinia's unspoiled nature.
The villa is one of an handful of villas created alongside the beach together with a boutique hotel in the vicinity. The beach can be reached by foot (it is built 500 m away) walking through a private path way. No main roads.
Finished with quality materials, furnished and conceived with comfort and design in mind, spacious airy rooms it has about 800 m2 of garden, private swimming pool, and large equipped verandas. (The pool is not fenced therefore we recommend never to leave children unsupervised).
Bedrooms: two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, one single bedroom.
A total of four bathrooms.
Spacious and stylish lounge leading onto shady terrace equipped for outdoor dining. Well-equipped modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, TV and air conditioning.
The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. A large granite rock rises from the sea forming a crystal clear, emerald natural swimming pool. The beach is perfect place for families and children. According to a legend, this rock was the favorite destination of an old fisherman named Peppino: it is for this reason that the beach has this name.
The beach can only be reached on foot through a beautiful panoramic walk, along a path marked by wooden walkways amongst Mediterranean vegetation.
