This superb bungalow is a secluded and romantic getaway, ideal for a couple, in a peaceful location hidden away amidst Mediterranean foliage, vine trellises and olive and fig trees. It enjoys breathtaking views of the golden white Porto Taverna Beach and of the magnificent Isle of Tavolara jutting out of the clear blue sea.

Boasting one of the best terraces in our collection in terms of its stunning views and its facilities for relaxing, this property also has large glass sliding doors on three sides of the house to allow you to better appreciate the views of the garden and of the sea and beach.

The immaculate interiors are decorated in a fresh, modern and open style. There is a sitting room with low futon style sofa and large glass panes to admire the sea views. The bedroom has a low Japanese-style bed and wardrobe and glass panes to look out on the garden on one side and the sea on the other.

This property is very private and all the glass doors and panes are covered with curtains at night creating a cosy feel to it. The bathroom is modern and elegant and the characteristic kitchen, charming in its detail has a fireplace and small dining table.

A large chestnut table - perfect for candlelit meals - is in the centre of the large sea-facing terrace. For the ultimate in relaxation, a hammock has been strung up on one side of the terrace and there is another one in the garden. There are also two swings in the garden and a sculpted stone gazebo from which to admire the views, the sunrises and the stars.

Porto Taverna beach is just a stone's throw away and many other beautiful white sandy beaches are just a short drive away. Many good restaurants are scattered around the area and the village of Porto San Paolo is within easy reach. There is a restaurant/snack bar on the beach and various water sports facilities (depending on the season). There is also a small supermarket nearby although this may not be open in the lower seasons.
