A relaxing heaven to unwind and enjoy long summer days in Sardinia! The villa is suitable for families with children as its location is close to one or two restaurants and a handful of shops.

Charming and contemporary, it has a light, elegant feel it is enclosed by a 1600m² private garden facing a pearl white beach, only 30 meters away! The manicured garden boasts a private swimming pool with teak surrounding and a shady portico. The timeless atmosphere of this place, create a wonderfully relaxing environment. The perfect place to unwind and replenish.

The villa has well looked after interiors, the design is modern offering its guests home to home comfort. The comfortable living-room opens onto the terrace and the views embrace the beach and the sea.

Nice kitchen fully equipped and on the same floor 2 comfortable double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, private terraces and warm wooden floors. On ground floor additional 4 bedrooms (1 twin and 3 double), each bedroom with its bathroom.

At dusk the roof terrace faces an amazing picture, the sun going down whilst the sky changes from red onto shades of soft pink, as the sun set becomes a fascinating event! This area is equipped with cane chairs and small sofa. We recommend not to allow children in this area unless accompanied by an adult. Also young children must always be supervised as the swimming pool at Villa Agata is not fenced.

Local beaches are amongst the most beautiful in Sardinia white with transparent emerald green water they are indeed amongst the most beautiful in Europe. Often on these long sandy beaches you can see flocks of flamingos and very early in the morning barded riders riding on deserted beaches.
