Charming large villa enveloped by lush garden with palm and pine trees, a short walk to a lovely white sandy beach with shallow water. The local beaches are just for the people residing in this area, they are very charming with the transparent water and white sand bed, typical of the shores of this beautiful island.

The beach and the villa with its enclosed safe grounds are perfect for a family with young kids also because in the same area there is a playground and a bar café to relax whilst the children play.

The villa is situated in an area scattered with private beautiful exclusive villas all surrounded by greenery, Mediterranean gardens alongside 4 private beaches.

Families with older or teenager children will also find this place suitable as there are many amenities nearby such as tennis courts, volleyball court, scuba diving centres and wind surfing opportunities. This is the same area where the glamorous Forte Village is located and this area is very close to the Chia region with its renowned beach.

Supermarket and some very nice restaurant are within walking distance.

This room is very spacious with tall built in cupboards and king size bed.

Large terrace perfect for kids to play with small table football. This is also the perfect place to relax reading or enjoying the views. There is a trampoline for kids to play in the garden and small Jacuzzi with warm water.
