A new beach house in Costa Smeralda within a private estate overlooking Mediterranean woods and beyond the beach reachable through a sandy path through junipers and pines. Villetta Giada has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interiors are cozy and stylish and fit well the wild nature surrounding this private estate which boasts 2 more beach houses, all with separate entrance and a great deal of privacy.

The house has a flat roof which is used as a terrace offering a view of unparalleled beauty that ranges from the bay of Cala di Volpe, Porto Rotondo and the famous island Mortorio.

Recently restored and equipped with all amenities including air conditioning and heating. The large glass entrance that leads into the living room allows guests to enjoy while sitting on comfortable bamboo sofas, a spectacular view of the bay below, which looks like an emerald green mirror. The sea is the key element as the villa allows for the unique views to flood the rooms… Separate dining area.

The master bedroom is furnished with pieces that reflect the colors and furnishings of the living room. The bathrooms, with shower, are decorated with blue and blue inlays. The twin bedroom (can be joined to a double bed) has an en suite bathroom with a shower carved in a granite rock creating the feeling of a symbolic union between house and garden, between inside and outside between man and nature, which here has a fragrant smell filling the air with the scent of juniper, lentisco and rosemarine.
