Villa Pepero is set on the hill overlooking the whole bay of Porto Cervo. The location is very private and grants a peaceful stay, the vivid views of the sea adding to create a relaxing atmosphere. The sea is visible from almost all corners of the villa and shady outdoor spaces, furnished terraces and sundeck allow for outdoor living. The garden envelops the house with tall trees, junipers, lentischi typical of a region which rarely feels the rain. Around the garden the traditional stone wall to limit the property which is partially also made of granite stones. Thanks to the indigenous plants the villa enjoys the fragrancies typical of this arid yet magic island. The Mediterranean style pervades the house creating welcoming light interiors. White terracotta floors, original wooden beams, white washed walls and parquet flooring. Soft pastel colours and a linear style, the uncluttered sobriety of the style, needed to match the intense beauty of the untamed nature all around.

The living room is comfortable and has a charming corner fireplace. The lounge opens onto the terrace, the perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining embracing the views! On one side of the terrace there is the large swimming pool and on the other the barbeque area.

A total of 3 double bedrooms on the first floor and two double bedrooms outside the main building with private entrance. All rooms have a private en-suite bathroom. A / C in the annex.

The kitchen is nice equipped with oven and dishwasher. There is private parking.

Porto Cervo fashionable village centre and its glamourous Yacht Club are a few car minutes away. Same for the numerous beaches, white long soft stretches of sand, which year after year inebriate tourists from all over the world.

Olbia’s airport is 40 km from the villa.
