Villa Ermione is a very special property. Built just a few metres from the water’s edge, with it’s own private mooring, leading to a small sandy beach and clear Mediterranean water, the villa sits in a lush private estate stretching 10,000 square metres. Characterised by fragrant macchia plants, the area is enchantingly peaceful, distant from the noise and buzz of Costa Smeralda, yet only a short drive to the chic, laid-back restaurants of Porto Rafael.  It is a place to hide away, relax, and breathe in the whole beauty of this enchanted island.

The villa has 2 double suites with 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and 2 other bathrooms, so a total of 9 people can stay here very comfortably. There is an ample living room, kitchen, and a number of terraces to lounge outdoors, eat, or just relax in the sun.  There is also private parking.

About the location

The small hamlet of Porto Rafael is perhaps the most famous and distinguished on the coast.  It sits in the very north of the island, facing Corsica, around 50km from Olbia Airport, and within easy reach of the glamorous Costa Smeralda (30km).

Historically it has welcomed British clients, who continue to enjoy this special corner of Sardinia, an area which has remained authentic, natural and unspoiled.
