This beautiful villa surrounded by olive trees offers all the ingredients for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. A covered terrace is a welcome feature along with the patio, which has an unrestricted view of the aquamarine blue Cala Di Volpe bay.

The villa's interior is immaculate and stylishly furnished. It is composed of a ground and lower ground floor, both bright and airy. On the ground floor there is a large and comfortable living room and a kitchen with dishwasher. This large house has a total of five double bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the lower ground floor there is also a kitchen corner and a second living room leading out onto a spacious terrace. The villa can be rented as a whole or as 2 separate dwellings.

The guests of the villa have access to a large shared pool. The villa is a 5-minute car journey from many sandy beaches, which in our opinion are the most beautiful ones in Costa Smeralda, and from Pevero Golf Club.
