Casa Turchese is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac in a peaceful corner of the glamorous Costa Smeralda. An idyllic location only a short walk to a sandy beach with very shallow water really nice for young children. The atmosphere is relaxed an dreamy. The sea very close and the surrounding nature has the whole wild charm of the Emerald Coast. Low fragrant bushes of rosemary, myrtle, lentischio (an indigenous plant with a sweet smell characteristic of Sardinia) melt with the sea air. The house is one of 3 dwellings which were created by restoring an ancient farmhouse.

Casa Turchese has its own entrance and it is not overlooked as two of the houses are next to each other in a terraces way each surrounded by their own garden and each with a terrace with breakfast table and sun loungers.

The house is built within the ground, so within granite rocks and shrub land. This way of building "amongst the ground" is very typical of Costa Smeralda creating abodes which merge within the nature which on this wild shores is the protagonist.

Due to the uneven nature of the ground young children would need supervision, especially as the villa has a roof terrace with mesmerizing sea views but dangerous to the young one.

The large gardens spread all around the villa and at the back of the property there is a big barbeque with stone table and benches.

This house will charm those who seek for simplicity: beach, sea & nature.

About the house:

The house has 3 bedrooms:

• The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom (shower, basin, bidet and WC) and a walk-in cupboard.
• There is a further double bedroom.
• The third bedroom is well suited for children with paintings on the walls, one single bed plus a pull-out bed and a small low gallery area, great for playing in.
• The second double bedroom and the kids room share a second bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and WC.
• The two double bedrooms are beautifully furnished with antique furniture that belongs to the family of the owner.

The lounge is bright and spacious, decorated in pale cool shades. Two large glass doors ensure plenty of light at all times - one looking out over the front garden and on to the sea and the other looking out to the shady wooded area at the back of the property - are combined with cool pale blue ceramic floor tiles.

Bamboo sofas with crisp white cushions and curtains compliment the white tinted sideboard and mirror. The dining area is set slightly apart from the lounge and is furnished with a large rectangular table and chairs dressed in white covers to maintain the elegant look. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & oven.
