The cottage comes with modern Hi-Fi equipment as the owner of the villa is a music lover but also an artist himself.
In the garden there is under cool shade a table for 12–16 people for a fun barbecue or a relaxing lunch amongst friends...
The villetta takes its name from the juniper tree, a typical Sardinian plant which has a remarkable sweet fragrance. In Sardinian dialect "Zinnibiri", juniper is a majestic tree carved by wind, so important that it is now a protected plant and it cannot longer be used for building. In various parts of Sardinia, including the coasts of Arbus, Piscinas, Scivu and Golden Sands, one can find vegetate majestic specimens of juniper considered real natural monuments.
Outside of Villetta Zinnibiri there is a private road. By foot it is possible to walk down to the rocks and the sea turquoise and transparent. One of Alghero's most striking beaches bordering evergreen vegetation is less than 5 min by car (La Speranza). The nature here is so beautiful and pure we believe it is one of the nicest coastlines in Sardinia and in Europe, due to its wildness.
At sun set the whole bay dresses all up in purple, red, pink… every night another color to create amazing sun sets enveloping the old walls, the roofs of churches and cathedrals and the old sand colored houses with a dreamy purple veil.
