Casa Rosa, a new house to our collection situated a few minutes drive to sandy beaches. It is part of a residential area, the houses being enveloped by Mediterranean garden with many indigenous plants and flowers which are especially attractive in full spring! Even so the house offers much privacy. Private swimming pool and lovely sea views!

3 bedrooms perfect for families or 2 couples it has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Several terraces for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the view whilst relaxing! The area around the pool is also very private and there area large sitting areas and sun loungers. The living room is comfortable, open plan leading onto the shady terrace. 2 double bedrooms one with king size and 2 modern bathrooms, pastel colors create Mediterranean feel.

It faces from the distance the salt pan called Casaraccio and further afield the old Tonnare so the tuna factory which is now a chic hotel made of rough granite stones. This coastal area is quite different from all other Northern shores because it has a wild feel about it and because the village is so authentic still built amongst the old and new marina with narrow cobbled stones with many nice restaurant and that special holiday feel about it! The beaches are perfect for kids to play so are the restaurant which situated by the beach cater for families.

There are several nearby beaches, including the famous La Pelosa beach, which is only 5 minutes away with car. The local shuttle bus, offers a reliable and regular service around the local beaches and Stintino.

With its quiet and safe location, and secluded, secure garden, this house is absolutely the perfect choice for those who want to choose between time at the beach, and time in their "space". The house is situated in a residential area dotted with villas and lush gardens with its own supermarket, several restaurants, boutiques, mini-golf, and various entertainment options. These amenities are not within easy 'hearing' distance of the villa, and do not spoil the tranquility.
