This charming rural guesthouse was built a few years ago in the style of a farmhouse, in an area renowned throughout Europe for the excellent wind surfing and kite surfing at the local beaches. Even given it's peaceful rural setting it is only 2 km from the sea and the beach at Porto Pollo, the most famous spot in Sardinia for these kinds of water sports. Of course the wind surfing is not the only attraction to this precious spot. The surrounding natural environment is particularly special, with white dunes bordering a pure and transparent sea.
Surrounding the guest house there is a wealth of open space to explore, including a large estate of rare beauty, offering unrestricted views of the sea, over the Bocche di Bonifacio, and to Corsica. Due to this setting it is particularly suited to families with children, who wish to explore the open country.
The guesthouse itself is covered by a rich orchard of mirto berries, and contains a small, stylish, excellent restaurant, offering dishes catered from local produce and tradition in a modern style, where the décor resembles the lush warmth of a Bedouin camp, a design feature repeated throughout the guesthouse, where kelim carpets and dark chiselled wood furtniture combine with the Mediterranean climate to create an absorbing atmosphere.
The guesthouse itself has 7 double bedrooms, all on the ground floor of the main house, with their own patio and en suite bathroom.
There are 2 further double rooms for families – these are located in one bungalow, adjacent to each other, and can be rented together or totally independent from each other. One has a double bed and a single, and the second has a double bed and bunk-beds.
